We had a kitchen leak back in August that caused damage on multiple floors. We had several companies come out for estimates, but then never heard from them again. Then we got connected with Austin, Brian and crew and they were amazing from beginning to end. They answered every question we had and took care with every step of the renovation project. Between the leak, insurance etc, it was very stressful, but Puget Remodeling was the one side we never had to worry about ! We would recommend them highly and hope to work with them again someday!

Austin and Brian saved us from a homeowner's worst nightmare: less than a year into owning our house, the septic tank flooded our first floor. After remediation, we found ourselves with 20 square feet of missing floors, no bathroom fixtures, and the bottom 2 feet of all of our walls demolished.
Austin came out to meet with the insurance adjuster and make sure everything was covered, even repainting our kitchen because it was within line of sight of the damage. He was responsive within minutes of a text or phone call! All of his subcontractors had marvelous quality work and got it done exactly when they said they would.
If you need home repairs or you're doing a remodel, you won't find anyone in the area who is more trustworthy, responsive, and wonderful to work with than Puget Remodeling.

Where to begin....I have so many positive things to say I will attempt to capture them as concisely as I can!
My home sustained 2 floods one month apart during an already unusually stressful time in my life. I count myself fortunate to have found Austin Pygott who agreed to be my contractor to restore my home. The damage to my home required I live elsewhere for 3 months during restoration. Being in such a stressful situation that felt completely out of control I was consistently reassured by Austin's professionalism, competence, clear communication and follow through throughout the entire construction project.
I was continually impressed by Austin's excellent negotiating skills with my home owners insurance adjuster and the many other entities involved in the 2 floods. He remained acutely aware and engaged in every aspect of the project and assured excellence. He vets his sub contractors thoroughly and expects the same excellence he expects of himself. I have experienced Austin as an extremely kind, trustworthy person of the utmost integrity with high ethical standards.
Brian, who works with Austin, performed much of the on site construction. He was diligent and did outstanding work. I experienced Brian also as kind, trustworthy, and of high integrity and ethical standards.
Both Austin and Brian consistently exceeded my expectations, went far above and beyond, were accommodating, responsive and absolutely wonderful to work with! It is so very evident they both enjoy what they do and take enormous pride in their work! I had complete confidence my home was in the best hands possible. I have such gratitude and I hold them both in the highest regard!! My life is enriched by knowing them.

I highly recommend Puget Remodeling. Austin and Brian make a great team and were great to work with. They were responsive and kept us up-to-date with all of the details and timing for our repair and I was impressed by how hard they worked in terms of helping us get the repair done so we could get back into our home in a timely fashion.
